Clay leads one of Wood Mackenzie’s Lower 48 upstream research teams with a focus on three key regions – US Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent and Gulf of Mexico Shelf. He brings a detailed understanding of the US operating environment with particular expertise in political and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie,Clay worked for Hess Corporation in New York City after spending five years in Washington, DC as an energy policy advisor in the US Senate.
