David Bramley has over 30 years of experience in the global oil and gas business. His work on strategy covers corporate strategy, business unit development and value-optimizing growth planning, alongside portfolio management, mergers and technology advice.
He is an expert in valuation economics, deal making, negotiating and dispute resolution. He has also led work on organisation design, business performance improvement, technology management processes, and competitive performance benchmarking. In addition to his E&P experience, he has worked in gas and downstream markets.
Before joining Wood Mackenzie, he was a Director with Marakon / CRA and a Vice President of Arthur D. Little’s Global Energy Group. At the start of his career, he spent nine years with Shell International as a petroleum engineer and economist in Europe and the Middle East.
