As a VP of our Americas midstream and downstream consulting team, Ismail guides our team’s consulting efforts. In the past 10 years, he has worked across the energy value chain and has led a number of sell-side and buy-side M&A processes.
Ismail joined Wood Mackenzie in 2018 and focuses on delivering midstream and downstream consultancy for the Americas. He brought with him a successful track record in a large number of transaction due diligence projects, as well as work on pipeline, terminal, other midstream, refinery and retail studies.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Ismail was a vice president on Deutsche Bank’s energy investment banking team, where he worked closely with the Wood Mackenzie consulting team on a number of multibillion-dollar engagements.
