James heads the Multi-Commodity Research division of our Metals and Mining team, responsible for cross-commodity research and new product development. His current focus is on decarbonisation and the circular economy, and developing new corporate and asset-level coverage. This includes the evaluation of the environmental, social and corporate governance exposure of metals and mining operations.
James joined Wood Mackenzie in 2015 as a consultant in our London office. He has over a decade of experience in the metals and mining industry, spanning commercial, technical and financial advisory roles. As a consultant, he managed several major transactions and was instrumental in developing our battery raw materials offerings.
