Kelly is a Research Associate for Wood Mackenzie's Grid Edge team, focused on electric vehicle infrastructure. Prior to Wood Mackenzie, Kelly was an analyst exploring blockchain applications in the clean energy sector, as well as an analyst at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she modeled the cost of clean energy generation on a state-by-state basis and tracked utility deployment of wind and solar. During graduate school, Kelly completed an internship in the California Air Resources Board's freight transport practice, researching opportunities for emissions reductions at ports and freight facilities. She holds a Master of Science from Standford University's Atmosphere/Energy program and a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering from UC Riverside.
