Mark joined Wood Mackenzie in 2015 after 12 years working for one of the business’s largest clients, BG Group, where he held global leadership roles across all communications disciplines – from brand and content to social media, digital and corporate communications. Having progressed to Communications Director, he built a senior team with a broad range of responsibilities which was externally recognised for its innovative and industry-leading work.
Born and raised in Australia, Mark initially came to the UK for what he believed to be a short spell but is now in his fifteenth year. He was appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Wood Mackenzie in 2016, providing leadership during what continues to be a dynamic period of change for the business. He is focused on creating an industry-leading team and global communication strategy that will drive revenue, maximise client retention and enhance business performance.
