Simon has more than 12 years’ international experience in performance improvement consulting, operations strategy and business transformation.
One of the founding members of Wood Mackenzie’s Performance Improvement team, Simon has worked extensively with IOCs and NOCs across the oil & gas value chain: upstream, refining, lubricants, retail, central services.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, he was an engagement manager in BP’s Commercial Performance Improvement (CPI) function, where he was responsible for identifying and delivering operational and strategic improvements across a global portfolio. He has also worked at an award-winning business transformation consultancy, involved in several complex organisation-wide change programmes.
