Yanghui is responsible for executing wind consulting projects in the Asia Pacific region. She focuses on supply chain and O&M dynamics, mainly in China’s wind power industry, and provides in-depth insights and consulting advice to clients. Consulting projects she has worked on include a product competitiveness analysis, a project cost analysis, an export feasibility study for a Chinese OEM, a supply chain management mechanism for a wind turbine OEM, and APeC wind and solar market analysis.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Yanghui worked in the wind power industry, mainly in product development, supply chain management and continuous improvement, through which she gained solid knowledge of the overall value chains.
