Now based in the UK, Rhodri manages Wood Mackenzie’s EMEARC Research group. He also heads up Wood Mackenzie’s global Upstream Supply Chain team and Corporate team. Rhodri joined Wood Mackenzie’s in 1999 after completing an oil industry sponsored PhD in exploration geophysics. Starting out as an upstream analyst covering the Indian Sub-Continent and then the UK, he later moved on to head up the European Upstream Research Team. Alongside his research work, Rhodri has contributed to many consultancy projects focused on upstream and midstream issues. He also managed a global multi-client study on unconventional hydrocarbons, subsequently adopting a leading role in the launch of a new unconventional research product. Rhodri’s ability to serve clients while supporting an innovative business environment spurred his move to Houston in 2011 to lead the Americas Upstream Research Team. There he oversaw a period of dramatic transformation in Wood Mackenzie’s regional offering, growing the team to include more than 60 analysts. He then moved on to head up the wider Americas Research Group and continued to innovate and transform Wood Mackenzie’s offerings in the Americas.

Ann-Louise Hittle brings to Wood Mackenzie over 25 years experience in analyzing the global oil industry. She directed the development of Wood Mackenzie’s Macro Oils Service, launched in April 2005. Ann-Louise has established an international reputation for her analysis of short to long term oil markets. Her career began with Gulf Oil after which she was Staff Editor with Petroleum Intelligence Weekly. Thereafter, she was Middle East/Oil Markets research associate with Kissinger Associates Inc in New York and then Senior Oil and Gas Futures Analyst with Shearson Lehman Brothers. Ann-Louise joined Wood Mackenzie from CERA, where she was Research Head of the Upstream Oil Service with responsibility for world oil market analysis and writing the long term scenarios. Ann-Louise graduated from St. Lawrence University and holds a Masters Degree from Harvard University in Middle East Studies.

Andy covers North American mid- and large-cap oil-and-gas companies for Wood Mackenzie’s Corporate Service team. He analyzes companies’ performance, strategic options and financial outlooks. Prior to joining the Corporate Service team, he covered the Canada and Alaska regions for three years as a research analyst in the Upstream Service. In that role, he specialized in asset valuations, fiscal systems and other economic modelling. Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Andy worked for two years as an analyst at a private Permian- and Eagle Ford-focused operator, where he supported the Business Development, Finance, Geoscience and Operations departments. Andy received his Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication with a minor in Economics from the University of Houston in 2010.

Massimo joined Wood Mackenzie in 2007 where is now VP and responsible for the fundamental analysis and view of Wood Mackenzie’s Global Gas and LNG Research. Massimo has an extensive knowledge throughout the gas industry value chain gained by leading several consulting projects while at Wood Mackenzie - advising NOCs, IOCs and European Utilities on global gas and pricing dynamics. Massimo has been leading the European gas and LNG team for five years and has been developing Wood Mackenzie’s short term view and offering. Prior to Wood Mackenzie Massimo has been working in the strategy department at Eni SpA, where he was responsible for European and global gas scenario analysis. Massimo holds a Ph.D in Development Economics from “LUISS” University, Rome.

Tom is an upstream analyst on the Middle East Research team, with a specific focus on the UAE and Qatar upstream sector, and LNG supply projects across the region. He is based in Dubai. Since joining Wood Mackenzie in 2012, Tom has worked in the Northern Africa oil & gas research team, and consulting projects for a range of IOCs and financial institutions, including benchmarking opportunities and deep-dive asset studies. Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Tom spent a year working in petrophysical data management in Aberdeen for DataCo Ltd. Tom graduated from Glasgow University with a BSc (Honours) in Earth Science, followed by an MSc in Petroleum Geology from Heriot-Watt and Edinburgh University.

Jessica Brewer is a Principal Analyst within Wood Mackenzie’s Middle East upstream research team. She leads Wood Mackenzie's upstream research on Iraq, and has acted as country expert on several consultancy projects, covering upstream strategy and opportunity screening studies. As well as writing topical analysis, she has presented at conferences and appeared on TV and radio, providing insight on the region’s oil and gas sector. She joined the company in 2012 and is based in Dubai. Jessica has over ten year's of experience in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, she worked as a Well Services engineer with Schlumberger, located in Western Siberia, Sakhalin and the US Gulf of Mexico. She holds a MEng Mechanical Engineering degree from Imperial College London, a MSc Sustainable Energy degree from Imperial College London and a MSc Energy, Trade and Finance degree from Cass Business School.
