We have tracked 187 lead developers among the operational projects. Only 19 have completed more than two projects, and 2 of those were also the end customer.

Those developers that have completed more than two projects employ a technology-neutral or product-led strategy.

Developers using a technology-neutral approach are more likely to compete with one another than with companies using a product-led strategy and vice versa.
