NGL investment in the Permian has not been short of suitors.
As the Permian came to the forefront of E&P focus in a low oil price environment, gas gathering and processing accounted for some of the very first infrastructure investments in the basin.
This year we have witnessed a slew of new Permian NGL pipeline announcements totalling 1.53 million b/d. The Permian is heading towards an overbuilt state in both gas processing and NGL pipeline capacity.
