Baruun Naran coal mine
Report summary
Baruun Naran 's licence area (14493A) covers 45 square kilometres and is located immediately to the west of the well-known Tavan Tolgoi blocks in Umnigovi province . Baruun Naran produces low sulphur, low ash semi soft coking coal, destined for the Chinese market. Baruun Naran is wholly owned and operated by Mongolian Mining Corporation (MMC), which also owns the Ukhaa Khudag deposit. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now.
