Report summary
The Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) was originally vacated by the District of Columbia circuit Court of Appeals on 21 August 2012. On 29 April 2014, the United States Supreme Court reversed the DC Court of Appeals decision and reinstated CSAPR and remanded the regulation back to EPA for implementation. In this Insight, we examine the impact of CSAPR to our H1 2014 LTO forecast.
