Report summary

Rhino operates five underground mines and four surface mines organized into seven complexes.  Two operations are in Northern Appalachia while the rest are in Central Appalachia.  Rhino has delayed plans for expansions of its thermal and metallurgical operations due to weak markets.  The company has also cut production to better align with sales.  This leads to a projected production level of 3.0 Mst in 2014.  This is a slight increase from last year's 2.7 Mst but still...
