Rhino - Appalachia coal mines

Report summary

Rhino operates one underground mine and two surface mines in Central Appalachia and one underground mine in Northern Appalachia. Rhino has delayed plans for expansions of its thermal and metallurgical operations due to weak markets.  The company has also cut production to better align with sales. The company is expected to maintain its production level at 1.9 Mst in 2018 and then reduce output in subsequent years. This report contains detailed information on Rhino's coal assets including production, cash costs, reserves, capital expenditures, quality and infrastructure.
