Shaanxi Coal Industry Company is a state-controlled company. The company is the listed coal-producing subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group, which is run by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shaanxi province. All of Shaanxi Coal’s mines are located in Shaanxi province with an overall capacity of 163 Mtpa. With the approvals of capacity increment of a few other mines, we expect Shaanxi Coal’s output to be 167.9 Mt of coal in 2023 at an average total cash cost of RMB424.4/t.
