Portugal energy markets outlook 2015 - overview
Report summary
After a sharp contraction following the Great Recession, Portugal's end-use demand has recover slightly but demand growth will be strongest in the medium term, between 2016 and 2023. End-use demand will recover to pre-recession levels by 2020, driven by RCA and transportation consumption. Despite remaining the largest energy consumer, demand in the industrial sector will remain below 2011 levels throughout the forecast.
