Russian and Turkey announce a legal framework for TurkStream.  The first 15.75 bcm string of TurkStream will be dedicated to the Turkish market. The sencond 15.75 bcm string will be dedicated to exports to the EU and presents some challenges. Nevertheless, this framework makes full diversification away from Ukraine more achievable.
