Event: Sempra via its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, IEnova, has agreed to buy Pemex's 50% stake in Gasoductos de Chihuahua for US$1.325bn. This effectively gives Sempra 100% control of Gasoductos de Chihuahua. Meanwhile, NextEra Energy announced that it would buy Net Midstream for US$2.1bn. Pemex had a 10% stake in NET Mexico Pipeline with the remaining being privately owned or backed by private equity.
