Report summary
TTF falls as demand slides while LNG send-out and storage injection are still double the 5-year average, more than making up for lower Russian flows TTF settled at $28.7 on Wednesday, down from $30 last week, as risk premium associated with the ruble payments dispute faded and bearish fundamentals grew. Demand continues to fall rapidly, while LNG send-out and storage injections remain at more than twice their respective 5-year averages. At this pace of injections, European storage is approaching the 5-year average as soon as next month. Storage has already been at a year-on-year surplus since mid-April.
