Report summary
Global gas prices fell again this week, as robust gas inventory levels and a lack of cold weather continued to put pressure on prices. Supply to Europe dropped, as a result of less LNG send-out, and European demand saw a weekly up-tick. The market is also starting to seeing signs of price-driven increases in demand in parts of Asia. TTF’s front-month contract fell to $16.9 down from $18.8 a week ago, whereas Northeast Asia prices decreased from $18.3 to $17.3.
