Commodity Market Report
India LNG long-term outlook 2019
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
India's LNG market is set to grow. There are five regas terminals awaiting commissioning or under construction. Meanwhile, the pipeline network is expanding significantly. Strong expected gas production growth in the 2020s will expand the gas market. Longer-term, production won't be able to keep up with demand, while installed infrastructure will facilitate significant LNG demand growth, particularly into the industrial and city gas sectors. Meanwhile, anti-pollution measures provide potential demand upside.
