Cheniere's third phase of development for its Sabine Pass liquefaction terminal began in June 2015, with the announcement that it had taken FID and begun construction on its fifth 4.5 mmtpa train. Further commercial and financial agreements are necessary before it contemplates taking FID on the final proposed train, Train 6.
