Boto is planned as an open-pit mining operation with gold recovery in a 2.75Mt/a carbon-in-pulp processing plant. Average annual gold production of 130oz/a is planned over an 11-year mine life (160koz/a in years 1 - 5). The initial project capex was estimated at US$254 million.
