In mid-1993 the mine was amalgamated with the neighbouring Rabbit Creek mine to form the Twin Creeks operation. See the relevant entry for data from 1993 on. Two deposits, North and South are to be exploited. The North orebody is slightly higher grade and lower stripping ratio. It is understood the highest grade ore is on the upper benches of the pit and virtually all the high grade material will be mined by 1995.
