Huayue Nickel Cobalt HPAL nickel operation
Report summary
Huayue Nickel and Cobalt (HNC) is one of the first high pressure acid leaching (HPAL) projects in Indonesia. The operation was developed by majority owner Huaquing Nickel and Cobalt, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huayou Cobalt. It is located in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP). Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating a number of granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry standard cash operating costs.
