Report summary
The Superpit is the largest gold mine in Australia, producing an average of over 600koz of gold per year. The mining complex consists of two mines; (the large Fimiston open cut "Super Pit" and small Mount Charlotte underground), and is operated by Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd (KCGM), wholly-owned by Northern Star Resources.
