Kori Kollo gold mine

Report summary

In January 2001 Battle Mountain gold (the former owners of the property) merged with Newmont. Mining of the original Kori Kollo deposit was completed and the mill closed in October 2003, although residual leaching continued until mid-2005 when Kori Chaca was developed and heap leach production resumed. Production was assumed to have ceased in 2012.
