Operated by Savannah Lithium Ltda, Mina do Barroso is a lithium mineral project located in Vila Real, Portugal. A definitive feasibility study for the project is currently being conducted by Savannah Resources. The proposed development consists of an open pit operation at the main Grandao pegmatite deposit and a processing plant with a production rate of 175ktpy of 6.0% Li2O spodumene concentrate plus 276ktpy of feldspar and 173ktpy of quartz co-products. Wood Mackenzie’s asset reports are built from the bottom up, incorporating several granular data metrics to ultimately produce our industry-standard cash operating costs. This report contains a detailed asset note giving you a holistic view of the asset, including an operational overview through to a timeline of events from inception to now. This qualitative analysis is supplemented by the associated Excel download which enables interrogation of a whole series of cost and production metrics over the life of the asset.
