Santa Rosa (San Ramon) gold mine

Report summary

Santa Rosa is mesothermal or orogenic and intrusion-hosted gold veins deposit that is being mined through mechanised shrinkage with delayed fill (MSDF) underground method. The ore is processed in a 360kt/a conventional plant with a proposed flow sheet of grinding and flotation followed by concentrate regrinding. The flotation tailings and reground concentrate are together leached in a Carbon In Leach (CIL) circuit. An elution circuit with electrowinning and smelting produces doré bars.
