The Sapes project is anticipated to have a combination of open pit and underground mining. The underground Viper orebody will be mined using drift and fill mining methods and the St Demetrious deposit will be mined by conventional open pit mining methods. Ore will be processed through a gravity circuit and flotation plant.Sapes is expected to be a low cost operation with gold production around 100 thousand ounces per annum.
