Report summary

Morecambe South is a gas field located in the East Irish Sea. The field has been developed using seven steel platforms including five separate drilling platforms. The Morecambe Bay (Morecambe South and Morecambe North) gas fields are Centrica's largest gas producers in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (UKCS).Prior to it ceasing in 2009, the Bains field used to be tied into the Morecambe South DP1 platform.
