Snow is covering 50% of the US – freezing weather even reached Houston. A record corn crop promised elevated levels of crop drying demand for propane. But this week the EIA reported that propane stocks built by 0.1 MMBbls, which is significantly more bearish than the historic average draw for the second week of November of 0.7 MMBbl.
