Indonesia re-joins OPEC – win-win for both
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Indonesia would reactivate its OPEC membership, which will take effect from December 2015. From an oil market point of view, the addition of Indonesia will not have an effect on OPEC's decisions regarding policy or production levels since Indonesia is a net importer. But several political and market advantages result from Indonesia's return to OPEC.
