During the North America Power Service Post Spring Forum Webinar on August 15th, and subsequently in other presentations, a chart was presented which indicated that during the coincident peak demand hour of 2013, in the combined footprints of the MISO and PJM RTOs, wind farms operated at only an 8.2 percent capacity factor (CF), with PJM wind farms averaging 4.4 percent of nameplate output and MISO wind farms averaging 10.1 percent.
