The Kiskunhalas Trough is located in southern Hungary, along the Serbian border. Since there is limited data to indicate its viability, this play is in the concept phase. RAG and Delcuadra were key to the initial exploration of the Kiskunhalas Trough. However, both have since exited the play. Sand Hill Petroleum currently operates the Kiskunhalas block, which is located over the Kiskunhalas Trough.
