Algeria's 2014 upstream licensing round - new frontiers
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Algeria’s latest bid round was announced in January. It is the first round since 2010 and will be the first to include the amended fiscal terms published in 2013. The number of licences on offer is the highest in the country’s history but blocks in well developed basins with existing infrastructure are few and far between. The majority of the acreage is in frontier areas as the government seeks to open up under-explored basins.
