The Alliance Repsol Oil and Gaz (AROG) JV was formed between Repsol (Spain) and NNK (then Alliance Oil Russia) in 2012. It owns three operators: Eurotek Saneco and Tatnefteotdacha.Eurotek operates two gas condensate fields in West Siberia. Saneco is active in the Samara region (Volga Urals) where it develops 12 fields.
