Alrosa has paid US$1,137 million for 100% ownership of Beregovoye (Geotransgaz-operated) and Ust-Yamsoveyskoye (Urengoi Gas Company-operated) gas fields. We value the Beregovoye field at US$626 million for 1.1 tcf of gas and 40 million barrels of condensate.
