This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
The new company, which will have a market capitalisation of around US$845 million and 2016 production of c.33,000 boe/d, will retain the two original companies' focus on Australia's Cooper/Eromanga Basin. Its key assets will be Beach's c.20% interest in both the South Australian Cooper Basin JV and South West Queensland JV and both companies' oil assets on the Basin's Western Flank. Upside potential exists through the many unconventional plays being evaluated in the Basin.
