Over 1.4 billion barrels of commercial reserves have been discovered within Block 1 Block 2 and Block 3A in the Lake Albert Basin in northwest Uganda. These assets will be operated by Total (Block 1 and Block 2) and CNOOC Ltd (Block 3A Kingfisher) pending government approval of a farm down by Tullow Oil in early 2017.
