Report summary

The Burghley oil field, discovered in 2005 with well 16/22-7, is located nine kilometres northeast of Balmoral. The field has been developed as a single well subsea tieback to the Balmoral floating production vessel (FPV). Gas lift is used to support field production.Oil is exported from the Balmoral FPV via a T-junction in the existing Brae to Forties Pipeline System.
