Callon Petroleum is a pure-play Permian operator. The company operates four major assets: Wildhorse, Monarch and Ranger in the Midland basin and Spur in the Delaware basin. While historically the company's focus was the Midland basin, it entered the Delaware basin through an acquisition in 2017. The company operates 60,000 net acres across the both basins and currently runs a five-rig program, three in the Midland and two in the Delaware.
