The Ceuta-Tomoporo fields consist of the offshore Ceuta and Ceuta South fields and the onshore Tomoporo and Tomoporo Deep fields.In 1998, the three PDVSA subsidiaries - Lagoven, Maraven and Corpoven - were merged back into the PDVSA holding company.
