Endeavour Energy has announced the acquisition of a package of UK Central North Sea assets from ConocoPhillips for US$330 million (£213 million). The key assets acquired are a 23.43% interest in the Alba oil field, which increases Endeavour's interest in Alba to 25.68%, as well as a 40% operated interest in the MacCulloch field.
