ExxonMobil has agreed to acquire 196 000 net acres across North Dakota and Montana prospective for the Bakken. In return Denbury will receive US$1.6 billion of cash plus ExxonMobil's interest in two fields: Webster in Texas and Hartzog Draw in Wyoming.
