Report summaryThe Flyndre field lies across the UK/Norway median line, 25 kilometres northeast of the Clyde field. Flyndre was discovered in the Norwegian sector in 1974. The UK section of the field was not drilled until 1989.The field was initially being developed in a joint subsea project with the Cawdor discovery, which lies four kilometres southwest of Flyndre in the UK.
