NOVATEK is to acquire Gazprom's 51% share in Sibneftegas - a JV between Gazprom and Itera, which holds licences for gas and condensate assets in the Yamal-Nenets region in West Siberia. We value the transferred stake in Sibneftegas at US$2,041 million (NPV10, discounted to 1 January 2011).
