Report summary

The Gryphon field is one of several fields with a Tertiary, Eocene reservoir located in the prolific Quadrant 9, in the Bruce-Beryl embayment. Discovered in 1987 and the subject of an extensive appraisal drilling programme, first production was achieved within ten months of development approval in late 1993.
