The Jufeyr field is a small onshore oil accumulation with primary reservoirs in the carbonates of the Ilam and Sarvak formations. Its development was initially offered for foreign participation in the 1998 buy back round and subsequently the field was evaluated by several companies including CNPC and ONGC Videsh.In September 2007 a buy back contract for the field's development was signed with BelPars Petroleum Company a joint venture between Belarusneft the Belorussian state oil ...
